An innovative and creative art- integrated online inter-school competition was organized in almost 20 schools of Ludhiana to celebrate World Earth Day under the mission ‘Clean Air Punjab’ on 22nd April, 2021. The students, in a virtual mode, got an opportunity to exhibit their artistic skills and aesthetic sense of imagination. The students participated in Poster Making Competition, leaf collage, recycling of jars and chart making so as to enlighten the students with the benefits of trees with the theme ‘How do we minimize Air Pollution’?
Certificates were issued to the schools by EcoSikh and 26-30 students from each school were certified. List of schools who participated – Doraha Public School, Millennium World School, Amrit Indo Canadian School, Sacred Heart Convent School, BCM School, DAV Public School, etc.
Participation – 20+ schools and above 3000 students participated in the competition
Outreach – Message reached upto 10k students and their families plus stories and posts covered on the respective pages of the schools
