It was a tragic act at the Sikh Temple in Wisconsin yesterday. Please join in prayer to help those affected by this tragedy. We pray for the victims and for the perpetrators of all crimes.
Our president, Dr Rajwant Singh, has been interviewed by US TV, Radio and print media, to speak on behalf of the American Sikh Communities. He explained how “Singh” means lion, a point of unity amongst the Sikh community, since all the men share this name, as women share the name “Kaur”, meaning “Princess”. He invited people of all faiths to attend their local gurdwaras this weekend, to experience Sikh worship and even try a turban.
Sarbhat da bhalla: May God Bless Everyone.
